Screen Printing Hardener

One set is two bottles. It is used in screen printing plate. After coating the painting emulsion,use the A+B Hardener  to make the emulsion firmly.

Double hardener liquid is for improving the water resistance and durable ability of the screen frame.

Application:

Strengthening the water resistance and increasing the printing times of the screen plate.

Specification:1kg+1kg/set

Characteristic:

(1) Short hardening time and easy to operate.

(2) It is non-heavy metal and environmental.

Use:

(1) Mixing the liquid A and liquid B in proportion 1:1.If the consistency still high after mixing,please dilute it wish pure water.

(2) Apply the mixing hardener with sponge and wipe it on the both size of the screen plate evenly after re-expose.Please do avoid large-scale flowing.

(3) Please place the plate with hardener more than 1 minute, let the hardener osmose to the plate.

(4) Please blot the surplus hardener with air gun or sponge.

(5) Put the screen plate into frame dryer machine with 40~60 above 30 minutes.

Dos and donts

(1) It is not recommend to use in nylon and stainless mesh.

(2) It is a kind of subacidity liquid.Please use it carefully.It is better to wear protective gloves and glasses when using the liquid.If it dropes on skin,please wash with a large amout water at once.
