Product Description:

       This product is produced by using special resin-modified synthetic latex, combined with high-quality rutile titanium dioxide and the broad-spectrum antibacterial mildew from. It has the feature of anti-alkali, waterproof, anti-mildew, scrub resistance, high hiding power, etc. It is a high quality anti-bacterial and anti-mildew walls coating.

Physical parameters

Color: White or refer to the Hangao color card, or the request of the customer.

Solid content: ≥ 52%.

Drying time: Surface dry less than two hours (23 ± 2) °C.

Theoretical spreading rate: 8 to10square meter/ kg / way (30um dry film).

Storage: stored in 5~35 ° C, cool dry and ventilated place, and it is valid for one year.

Packing: 5/20kg barrel.

Scope of application

   Widely used in buildings underground garage, hospital, room, senior residential, commercial, underground shopping malls and wine, pharmaceutical, food, leather, cosmetics factories, and etc. These places are likely moldy on interior wall and ceiling decoration.

Construction reference:

Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be clean, dry, smooth, solid, grease rust and other debris, content of substrate moisture is less than 10%, it is recommended to use flexible putty be polished smoothly.

Construction methods: spraying, roller coating, brush or airless spray.

Mixing and dilution:

Add 0 ~ 10% water for dilution, fully stir well before use.

Conditions of construction:

Construction temperature 5-35 °C, the relative air humidity is not higher than 85%, The PH (potential of hydrogen) of coating surface is not greater than 10. Avoid construction in the rain.

Cleaning of tools:

Clean the tools by water immediately after painting.

Healthy and Safety

Avoid of touching eyes. If the coating splash into the eye, wash by water immediately. Good ventilation is needed around the working area. Abide all the safety rules of health and safety.
