Full Automatic PET/PP Stretch  Blow Moulding Machine

YUS series full-automatic PET/PP stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has one to two cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 0.6L . It can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide bottle, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

1). Blow Moulding Machines direct pressure pneumatic hydraulic locking mold system make a steady mold locking; 2). Blow Moulding Machines imported high pressure blowing valve and Mitsubishi programmable controller are flexible and precise. 3). Open and close mold stroke is long enough to ensure a strong interchangeability and simple assembly and disassembly. 4). The use of silencer in high/low pressure exhaust greatly lower the noise. 5). Major electric and pneumatic components are from the reliable famous brands in Europe, America and Japan. 6).  Blow Moulding Machines can be used together with infrared heater to make 0.3-2L bottles for mineral water and tea beverage, 0.1-0.7L bottle for cosmetics, 0.3-5L bottles for oil and wide mouth bottles.
