The (book binding machine) utilizes closing bars to ensure quality controllable wire closes. Thewire is fed into automatically between the binding bars by a pitch wheel and pitchbelt, counted, cutted and arrive at the ready position to accept the book. Eachloop of wire is firmly held and ready to accept the book for wire insertion.The feeding table clamps book firmly and brings it into binding position in place,then the lower closing bar rises rapidly and the loops insert into the book andclosed automatically, and then the feeding table takes back the bound book.
