Quick Assembly Box-P type

It is a new type of foldable plywood box, which is consist of plywood panels conjoined with strong nylon bands, integrated with a pallet at the bottom and a lid on the top.       It is an improved design on a basis of our wooden pallet collar system.

The basically theory is same, we replaced the steel profiles by riveted strong nylon bands as conjoining parts, because the nylon bands is much cheaper than steel profiles.

Therefore, this design saves packaging cost .
