For example, if you want to find a wood briquette machinery,  firstly you have to find the group for charcoal making plant, and then find it in this group. Btw, if you find another interested models during the searching, remember to write down the model number in order for inquiry. 

(2).go to the search bar on the top of website and choose “On Site”, then fill in the keyword or model number or input the keyword or model mumber on the top of catalog 

(3).if you can’t find any interested models with the above two ways, remember not to leave in this way, pls send message online or mail us. At meanwhile, pls come up with the questions you want to ask, such as their material,size,usage etc.in word, you have to list the questions, we will try our best to answer them in earnest and patiently until you are satisfied

(1).regarding the sample fee, we don’t offer free sample in principle,i think you can understand us, if every customer require us to provide samples freely, it seems so difficult to us. Of course, it’s not absolute, if you have sincere heart to cooperate with us, we will return the sample fee back to you once you place order to us. We charge shipping cost only.

(2).as for the product structure, the sales will send the photo of products in details,if the description and pictures can’t be reach your demand, we can take photo again as your requirement.

(3).if you have special products to be custom made, pls send drawings and details to us,the sales will send it to our technical and provide the accurate offer, at the same time, we will give you some suggestion.

A:As our company rules, the new buyers must pay the sample fee and freight charge. But particularly, we will have its relevant arrangement. As for regular customers, we will offer the sample free, but they have to pay the freight cost.
