I. Usage Of Machine
This tubular stranding machine is specialized in stranding of copper stranded wire, steel-cored aluminum strand or stranded wire and also be used for manufacturing of general steel rope.

III. Composition Of Machine
The machine is comprised of pay-off stand, wiring tubular barrel, protective cover, die holder, traction wheel, take-up & traversing stand, electrical equipment etc.
Tubular barrel is consist of 2 sections like seamless steel pipe or long barrel made by steel slab. It is in type of 3 doors, i.e. opening 18 rectangular holes on the round body of barrel, that’s easy for unloading reels. Meanwhile, 3 points are supporting on the tubular barrel, where conical roller bearing are mounted on the gearbox of headstock and double-row radial ball bearing on the gearbox of tailstock; in the middle of the tubular barrel is adopted specialized riding wheel made by cloth laminated board to support the bearing, where inside are equipped with ball bearing, making rotate flexible and less abrasion on the barrel flange. To realize good connection between riding wheel and barrel flange, screw can be adjusted on the riding wheels.
IV. Lubrication Of Machine
The transmission tooth box, gearbox, speed shifting tooth box, traction tooth box on the headstock of machine are all closed housing, in which bearing and gear are using oil immersion splashed lubrication and 3# spindle oil to refuel to the centre of oil window.

Main power voltage of machine 380VAC, 50Hz.Voltage of control circuit 220VAC.Partial voltage of wire breaking stop unit AC 12V.Total power of motor 8KW.All open-type electrical components of machine are assembled in the closed operation box, while others which directly installed on the machine are well protective.
