Instruction for Lifebuoy Light
lifebuoy light (flashing) adopts a new kind of flashing light. The light is made of plastic shell,self-control switch and waterproof o-rubber ring. The product has the characteristics of high brightness, long lighting distance, economizing on energy, reliability for operating, long validity, good quality in all weathers and without pollution of the environment..
The light cover is made of polycarbonate with plastic forming. Structral piece is made of ABS or PC with plastic forming. The material used has the characteristics of lightweight, good transparency, adequate mechanical and anti-shock strength, ageing resistant of light.
Power supply is four pieces of ordinary 1” cell (R20) or one piece of WR34615 lithium cell. Installation is adopted with clamping the floating light up side down. The clamping apparatus is swift in action, simple and reliable. When the floating light enters into the water with the lifebuoy, the light cover can float on the surface of the water and give out light automatically. Therefore, to all people in danger on the sea at night, they needn’t control the switch when they fall into the water. The lifebuoy light can give out flashing light automatically to indicate the site of the people, and the people in danger an be aided in time.

Installation and Operation (seeing the following picture)
Points for Attention:
(A) When use, turn on the hand switch, the lifebuoy light should be equipped up side down.
(B) Do not wring out and remove the light cover so as to ensure the tightness of the light.
(C) User should use 1” Zn-Mn alkaline dry cell 4PCS. Acid dry cell is not allowed to use in any cases. The lithium battery circle lamp is adopted WR34615 or ER26500 type 1 pcs.
(D) Validity of light is based on the validity of the cell to be used. However, the quality of the cell should be checked regularly. While checking, if the color of the light is found to be red or the flash frequency is slower than 50 times/min or faster than 70 times/min,it shows that the voltage of the lifejacket light is not enough, and the cell should be changed immediately or a new light should be prepared for using.
(E) The lifebuoy light is made of special flashing bulb. The user should not change or use other bulbs. If the bulb is damaged, the user can apply for another one from our factory.
