1.  material: UHMWPE fiber/UHMWPE/CNTs fiber

1)      Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), also known as high modulus polyethylene (HMPE) or high performance polyethylene (HPPE) is the strongest fiber presently made. With high modulus ,low density and good packing of the extremely long chains, it is 15 times stronger than steel wire and 10 times stronger than ordinary chemical fiber.

2)      UHMWPE/CNTs composite fiber ,composed of UHMWPE and carbon nanotubes ,is made by appling special gel-spun multi-filament technology ,up-to-date equipments and under strigent quality control. With higher strength and low density ,ropes made out of UHMWPE/CNTs fiber can last 10 years while those made out of UHMWPE fiber last only 5 years, when they are used under the same conditions.
