NON-STANDARD, CUSTOMIZED STEEL PROCESSING
In year 2010, WMITC sets up a new factory in Baodi Jiuyuan Industrial Park—Green (Tianjin) Technology Development Co. Ltd. (GreenTech). GreenTech is the only manufacturing company in Tianjin who specializes in the R & D, production and installation of wind, sand, snow and dust control systems with the steel porous panel they produce. GreenTech has established close cooperation relationship with several authoritative universities, research and design institutes, and has passed the authorization and the audit of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, ISO18001:2001. Since the factory came into output in July, 2011, GreenTech has completed nearly 20 projects in China and South-east Asia.

Taking the advantage of GeenTech’s equipments, WMITC is able to do non-standard, customized steel processing according to the drawing or sample supplied by the end users. The following is a brief introduction of processing capability for part equipments and production lines.

1. Cut steel coil into steel sheets Raw material: Cold rolled coil, Galvanized steel coil, Prepainted steel coil Input raw material size: thickness 0.3-2.0mm width 500-1600mm Output steel sheet size: 500mm x 500mm (min.) 5000mm x 1500mm (max.)
2. Slit steel coil and recoil Raw material: Cold rolled coil, Galvanized steel coil, Prepainted steel coil Input raw material size: thickness 0.3-2.0mm width 500-1600mm Output steel coil size: 10mm (min.) x coil
3. Steel strip cutting, slitting, recoiling Raw material: Hot rolled steel strip, Cold rolled steel strip Input raw material size: thickness 0.8-6.5mm Width 100-600mm Output material: steel plate, recoiled steel strip
4. Cut to length flat bar Cut to length flat bar is made from hot rolled steel strip which is uncoiled, slit, leveled and cut to certain length and width. Comparing with hot rolled flat bar, cut to length flat bar has a better accuracy in size and a better flatness. Size: thickness 9mm (min. ) length as ordered
5. 315M/T – 45M/T punching processing Our company owns punching machines ranging from 315M/T to 45M/T. With advanced equipments, we are able to supply high quality metal process by punching machines and other affiliated equipments. Metal materials can be processed: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, steel Sizes of processed metal: plate 1250mm x 2500mm (max.) Surface treatment: electrostatic powder sprayed or according to requirement
