3 The unique structure, special materials and advanced processing crafts of screw bolt of extruder, die head, and dimension-fixing cylinder makes raw materials extruded plasticized evenly, pipe-wall smooth and diameter fixed stable.
4 The material of vacuum water tank ,cooling water tank are made of stainless steel. Vacuum degree in vacuum water tank can be adjusted flexibly and accurately, and can be kept stable.
5 Might drying equipment can solve effectively water carrying in high-speed production.
6 It adopts two haul-off machines controlled by frequency-variable technology so that haul-off speed is steady and can be adjusted synchronously according to production speed. And the line has low noise.
7 The line adopts mechanical method with plc controlled to drill dripping holes. Meanwhile it is equipped with residue recycling system. It has characteristics of high speed of hole -drilling and no residue left.
8 The machine adopts double-station rolling method, so it has the functions of changing roll without stopping machine. Wiring space, rolling tension and rolling length can be adjusted according to actual needs.
