AD series Large CNC Servo beam robot is applicable for all types of horizontal injection machine under 5000ton. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis, take-out at super high-speed (1.5sec.) and dry cycle time within 12seconds. It constantly positions the robot arm and end-of-arm tooling to degrees of accuracy within 0.15mm. Program can be taught, the motion can be set according to different requirement, with high-efficiency take-out function. Applicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complex automatic . It has ranges of model. AD1300/AD1500/AD1700/AD1900/AD2000/AD2500/AD3000, with two types of arms, single stage and telescopic; Vertical Stroke: 1300~3000mm. It can be added with sub arm for three-plate mold. To take-out at high-speed increases output greatly.
