          FS-ZH Series foam sheet(pearl cotton) bonding machine is essential special equipment for deep  processing.It is used to bond double or double-layer when the thickness of  once foaming sheet is insufficient .The thickness after processing can reach 4-30 mm thus expand the applied range of EPE foam sheet.

          The machine is based on air as heat transfer medium and use high-temperature wind to bond two pieces of EPE foam sheets by extruding to make the foam sheets compound thickening.After bonding,the strength and thickness of foam sheet can be improved.The bonded product is widely used in electronic products packaging,building inner layer,sound insulation and thermal insulation etc.
