Working Principle

       The dry materials are transported into the crusher chamber to make primary crushing.They are cutted and broken  by vertical blades in the crusher chamber and the fineness can up to 20 mesh.And then,the crushed small granules are sucked into the main grinder chamber via storage silo is equipped beside it under the effect of negative pressure to make the second time grinding.The crushed granules are grinded between dental plate and crush blade.The fineness can be adjustable by the frequency converter adjust the speed of the motor.After that,the qualified powders are sucted into the cyclone separator under the effect of gravity by the air classification and be transported to the sieving machine to get rid of the floccus fiber.These flocuss fibers and the unqualified thick powders are transported into the main pulverizer to grind again.Besides,the unqualified fine powders are collected into the dust collection cabinet to recycle.So,there no any dust pollution in the working process.Finally,the heat generated in the working process in the bearing range of the pulveizer and the powder because of this machine is equipped with the circulating water jacket.
