1.OperationPrinciple
LF series powder screens classifier industrial is composed of feeding pipe, main body,skirt type analysis ring, classification rotor, and tiny powder elbow. Materialfeeder delivers the materials into the feeding pipe, then will be inhaled bythe exhaust fan into the classification room, fully separated at classificationcone, with the centrifugal force, the coarse particles will be threw off tocanister wall, fine powder will be discharged from the upper nozzle viaclearance of rotor vane along with airflow, then enter into collector, coarseparticles get further classification on clearance between analysis ring andpipe due to function of secondary wind filter, coarse particles drop off alongcanister wall and to be discharged from coarse powder nozzle through thestar-shaped valve.

Broad classification range, highclassification finenesses, high efficiency, simple structure, and smalloccupying area. It can joint with mechanical mill or jet mill to process closedloop operation, which can increase effective production capacity, allow toprocess both heat-sensitive and low melting point material in mechanical millwhile operating in closed path.
