The vast majority of current artificial sand production lines adopt wet production technique. No matter using what kind of sand maker, the greatest disadvantage is serious outflow of fine sand (the sand whose particle size is smaller than 0.16mm), the outflow of some sand washers even more than 20%. This not only causes output loss, but also seriously affect the sand grading, causing unreasonable grading, greater fineness module and greatly reduced the quality of manufactured sand products. Excessive fin sand discharge can also causes environmental pollution. In order to solve above problems, our company developed the SS series sand collecting system. This is a fine material collecting system that in the leading position of the world; it is designed by our company through introducing advanced foreign technology and combing the practical situations in China. Widely used in hydropower station’s sand aggregate processing system, glass raw materials processing system, artificial sand production lines, coarse slime collecting in the coal preparation plant, environmental protection projects (such as mud purification) and so on. This system can efficiently solve the problems of sand collecting.

1. For the traditional wet processing technique of artificial sand, the mud washing and dehydration of the artificial sand are all finished by spiral sand washer. The outflow of artificial sand (especially the fine sand) can hardly be controlled. By adopting this fine sand collecting device, the outflow of fine sand can be efficiently reduced, that is controlled within 5~10%. Therefore, this system is a perfect solution to the problems of high fineness modulus of finished sand and low rock powder content in the artificial aggregate processing system.2. Adopting polyurethane screen for the vibrating screen, compared with other types of screen, this kind of screen has longer service life and not easy to plug hole.3. Using the polyurethane as the lining of swirler, which improved the service life of the whole device, and it can succeed in finishing the work such as slurry concentration and liquid clarification.4. The maximum collecting amount of this sand collecting system is 85% fine particle materials of the total emission, thus this system has incomparable technical and economic advantages over other equipments. 5.
