Cut core are manufactured according to customer specifications. Cut core are assembled with a certain air-gap between the pieces,insulation piedes are placed in these gaps during the assembly of the bobbins.Cut surfaces of these cores can be round,oval and rectangular.Electro-magnetic tessts of cut-cores are performed before the cores are cut. Cut surfaces are rectified with great attention to ensure flatness and precision.
