Dephosphorization agent
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, various fields put forward more and more strict requirements to the steel quality, and require the impurity in the steel no more than 100ppm, namely pure steel, and also it require the content of P is less than 50ppm. This is difficult to achieve for the converter smelting and refining equipment outside the furnace, therefore, must do pre-process to the liquid steel. There are many ways to dephosphorize the molten iron, but the converter thermodynamic process is widely used because of low equipment investment, large processing scale and low cost. To meet the needs of the market, we have developed CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 and other series of dephosphorization agent for the metallurgy industry, and they could be applied to different metallurgy process and equipment,and a good effect has been achieved.
