30 spring data can be saved into CNC system automatically, easy to be edited and corrected. Friendly interface helps operator tracking the processing automatically on the touchable screen by showing the states of each important factor. Automatic compensation is avaialble on both grinding wheels which enable both sides of springs to be ground at same time in order to achieve high output. Crushing grinding processing and downface grinding processing is available on this machine according to the production management from the operator.
