YW55 pipe end upsetting machine
Pipe end upsetting machine are mainly used to upset dril pipe or pipeline.End upsetting is to ensure the steel pipes's strength on the crosssection of end thread.There are three upsetting ways:external upsetting,internal upsetting and EIU.The upsetting machine include upsetting machine,auxiliary machinery and heating system.Each upsetting machine has independent hydraulic control system and electronic operation button, and the hydraulic control system adopt two-way cartridge inserted valve integrating system,which has good performance,compact structure and good apperance.The machine has a central operation platform to control all of the machine.The unit has three operation mode:adjusting,manual operation and automatic operation.The auxiliary machines can also used as the device conveying such as long pipe or long axle, the whole process is controlled by the computer.
