   Currently the world's mature production of nickel buckle plate mainly in the following two kinds: one is the Falconbridge Kristjansson refinery, represented by a permanent plate,which made of stainless rubber,with its life can reach about six months.Another way for the inco refinery Thompson represented by non-permanent plate,using screen-printing technology,the surface of the printing plate of stainless steel corrosion-resistant insulating layer of ink,with it's life cycle of 5-6 times electrolysis.

   We have sucessfully digested and absorbed for ISA a permanent electrolytic refining of copper cathode plate production technology,research and developed "Permanent nickel buckle cathode plate",It's life can more than 6 monthsto achieve national initiative in this area.
