Face milling machine consists of charging roller table, tilting device, measurement device, clamp alignment roller table, face milling machine body, discharging roller table, weighing system, hydraulic system, lubrication system, pneumatic system, safety device and electrical control system.

 

On the standard machine the ingots are conveyed into the movable clamping frame by an infeed swing table and taken off by the discharge swing table when the scalping process has been completed. Both faces of the clamped ingot can be inspected immediately after scalping.
