Pneumatic cradle rack is with U type structure, decorating in 12 parts on each wring plate, with balance force level Back twisting device, the taping tension is adjusted mechanical automatic, the tension is 0~10KG adjustable. It is with safety-lock protection function after bobbin loading.
ü Each crossed strip with protection, the thread holes shall not damage enameled wire, materials is poly fluortetraethylene
ü The pneumatic chuck is adopt for brake, the braking time≤7S adjustable;
ü The hard tooth surface is adopt for main reduction gear box to transmission;
ü Wring cage is driven by AC frequency conversion motor drive.
ü It works stably while wring case is in laterality limit situation. The power is 45KW – 6step
ü All the thread holes shall not damage strip
ü Load one mounts bracket on the back of mandatory balance device , in order to fit
ü requirements of mounts bracket with Φ 250 mm diameter and width 70 mm size.

Lapping head
n There are 4 taping pad for each wrapping head, and it can wrap 8 layers at one time, and it also has device of Automatic stop by electrical induction.
n The taping tension is adjusted mechanical automatic; outer diameter of taping pad Φ500mm,inner diameter of taping padΦ80mm,width of paper disc: 13~35mm,thickness of paper tape: 0.05~0.15mm;
n Rated RPM for taping head:500 r/min;
n Each wrapping head can turn forward,backward and stop,
n drives by servo motor , which can independent tuning speed, also can make the linkage to the whole machine;
n Fully-enclosed shield is designed for the wrapping part, with work lamp inside. Automatic stop when the door opened.
