CNC Router (sign making machine).

Cnc Router The machine adopts mature structural design of German Machining Center, controlled by CNC three-axis linkage interpolation, realizing orderly machining of engraving, milling, cutting, grooving for the non-ferrous metal plates, chemical composite plates, wood plates, and artificial stone aluminum plates. The worktable is equipped with convenient vacuum pump system, all the moving parts are lubricated by interval supply system and tools are cooled by cooling spray system to prolong the lifespan and improve the fineness of the workpieces; This machine is produced by one-time machining center after annealing treatment, adopts box-structure lathe bed and gantry structure girder, as well as original imported west German ball screw, linear guide, pinion and rack and Italian "HSD" air-cooled spindle to ensure its stability, precision and efficiency. The machine is of powerful expansibility: We also provide professionally-designed profile clamping devices, which can complete the milling and machining of various types of profile.
