This machine is designed for removing oxidized layer of aluminum bar before extrusion to reach the good extrusion effect of the profile production. It is of simple and stable operation and quick peeling effect features.

Technical parameters:

1.main oil cylinder of aluminum peeling machine is of piston oil cylinder,main oil cylinder diameter is 300mm,oil cylinder diameter is 200mm, pressure of oil cylinder is 16Mpa, oil cylinder travel is 700mm

2.specification of  aluminum bar: before peeling:Φ155×600mm, after peeling:Φ150×600mm

, bars are peeled after heating treament.

3.oil circuit part:37kw motor 1 set, 125/40 vane pump 1set, 107 ram pump 1set

4.dydraulic valves are of Taiwan products, and control part adopts PLC(Mitsubishi,Japan)

5.aluminum bar loader applies up and down location type to make the great peeling result for aluminum bar, and after the bars are peeled ,the die-off device will take effect. 

6.peeling speed:100mm/s, oil cylinder backward speed:250mm/s
