It is casting steel frame with sheave block,used to string ACSR conductors downward and upward stringing,suits earth wire too.

This type block is used to ACSR upward and downward stringing in cable inatallation progress,suits for under 720mm2 ACSR and earth wire ropes, the sheaves could be MC nylon or steel.
