Description of foundry roller for kiln :

We supply cement rotary kiln accessories. The attachments include kiln tyre(kiln riding ring), girth gear, and support roller.

Material:

Carbon/alloy steel: ZG20SiMn, ZG50Mn, ZG35SiMn, ZG35CrMo, ZG35SiMnMo, ZG42CrMo, ZG40Cr, ZG34CrNiMo, ZG40Mn and so on.

Process:

1.Place a pattern in sand to create a mold; 

2.Incorporate a gating system; 

3.Remove the pattern;

4.Fill the mold cavity with molten metal;

5.Allow the metal to cool;

6.Break away the sand mold and remove the casting;

7.Heat treatment (annealing, normalizing or quenching);

8.Finish machining for obtaining mounting dimensions;

9.Chemical composition test,UT/MT test,mechanical property test and so on.

10.Surface treatment and other requirement from customer.

Both kiln tyre and support rollers support kiln shell against bending and deformation. There are rolling and sliding friction between tyre and roller, they are consumable attachments of kiln.
