Usage

Detect dents and deformation are in order to check construction quality of pipeline.

Clean up construction waste like stones or sticks and impurities adhering to the inner face of pipeline such as welding beadings or rust etc;

Formation

It consists of steel framework, fixing flange, 24 PU cups or discs and a gauging aluminium disc. The gauging disc is notched and chamfered angle.

The gauging discs diameter is usually 90% of pipelines internal diameter for land pipeline and 95% for submarine pipeline.
