TEST PROCEDURE

- Assay diluent preparation (diluent factor 10).

- Grind a representative sample. Weigh out a 1.0 g sample into the centrifugal tube.

- Add 10 mL of assay diluent to sample.

- Shake for 5 minute.

- Do a centrifugation at 4000 rpm for 1 min. 

- Place a cassette horizontally.

- Drop 3 drops into the assay sample hole.

- Interpret the result visually in 10-15 minutes. 

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

Positive: Only one clear band in C zone.

Negative: The presence of both bands in C zone and T zone. 

Invalid: No band appears in C zone.
