Product process:  

Mix all materials by mixing agitator, grind soap noodles by three-roller mill, make soap materials into soap bar by vacuum plodder, and cut soaps by stamping machine. Distribution boxes are used to control all the motors of machines, and conveyors are used to transport soap materials. Water pump is used to make the water cool down the vacuum plodder, and vacuum pump is used to vacuumize the soap materials.

 Mixing Agitator 

 Mixing Agitator is used to mix the material with additive agents thoroughly and make the materials smaller. Speed reducer is from the famous manufacture in China. 

Three-Roller Mill

Three-Roller Mill is used to grind, press the material to increase its density and quality. Low noise, stable performance.

Double-Layer Single-Screw Vacuum Plodder

Double-Layer Single-Screw Vacuum Plodder is used to grind, refine and press the material to change the molecule space and make it into bar. It is tightly assembled, and has many advantages, such as high-efficiency, good appearance, low noise and stable output. 

Stamping Machine

Soap Stamping Machine is the advanced model of the common stamping machine and have advantages of stable, low noise, high efficiency, long-life-span, big soap size

Soap Cutting Machine

Soap Cutting Machine (With mould) is used to cut soaps into bars and blocks. It runs by the moving of soap bards from vacuum plodder. The soap can be stamped logo or patterns by this machine.
