Model ZF12A system is an automatic production line between high-speed cigarette maker and packer, and unites them as a whole, which ensures the dynamic balance of cigarette transferring and enhances the integrative efficiency. It adopts un-limited open-ring working way with large flexility and high efficiency. Model YJ35C tray filler is employed to store the surplus cigarettes from maker, it balances the lack quantity of cigarettes from packer by using Model YB17A tray unloader, which results in over 98% efficiency. AS for Model YJ35C tray filler and Model YB17A tray unloader own the control system separately, it can match the other machine freely with the features of agility layout, simple structure,convenient maintenance and friendly human-machine interface.
