Automatic Interior Resistance Testing Machine 

 

1. Application: welding quality testing for car 28-200 Ah batteries

2.Operation: Move the battery to worktable, step the foot switch, the detector will lower automatically, then adding the set current, test the welding point resistance,

 then welding quality can be tested, sound and light will sent out if the welding bad.

3.Features: Testing current and time are accurately controlled by computer. At minimum shearing force, only heavy current test is available to achieve nondestructive 

test. Testing parameters can be set in digital manner. Up to 20 different kinds parameters of batteries can be stored in computer and be recalled
