Key part of the whole production- rotary furnace

It is included one rotary furnace, one set of drum-type sieves, enough fire-resistance bricks (the MSDS, photos, application will be attached with the specs sheet), electricity control, gas valves, 

temperature control and one set of elevator for loading.

The total length of the equipment is 12900mm, the total height is 3000mm, the total width is 2300mm. 

The furnace body is 8000mm. The height of forward supporter is 1350mm, the backward is 1695mm.

The angle of the rotary pipeline is 2.4°.

The electrical part is 8KW, 50HZ, 220 or 380V.

The capacity of regenerating molecular sieve is 3-6T/Day.

The rotation speed is 0-4rpm.

The working temperature is 0-1000°C.

The diameter of the rotary pipe is 650mm.

The heat part is used gas or electricity.

It can imput the steam, CO2 as the  reaction atmosphere.

The line can also include crushing machine, shaking sieve, elevator, dust aspiration system, steam boiler, packing machine, scale and so on. Please contact us for more detail or your special requirements.
