3 The machining process is numerical control and operation is very convenient.It can fulfill automation, high precision, multi-species and high quantify production.

4 The pupper computer adopts.English interface which is easy to operate.It can accept certain processing program which is made from spcial software. And also you can program manually.

Advantages

1. There are three sets of punching die-station on each side which can install three kinds of punches with differents diameters. Three sets of punching die-station can more althogether controlled by CNC to changes the punching stadia.

2. Single-blade cutting ensure smooth cutting section and saves material.

3. Marking unit adopt closed frame with good rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program. Marking stadia can be set at will.

4. CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information. Closed loop control to ensure high positioning precision.

5. Hydraulic system mainly serves for punching, cutting, marking, pressing and transposition of character boxes.

6. Control system consists of upper computer,CNC system, servo motor, PLC and outside detection switch etc. Proceeding program can be generated automatically as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece. It can also accept certain processing which is made from special software. The program can be stored, selected, displayed and communicated as per the workpiece No. .
