Each basic machine includes :
- Stainless steel vessel insulated for heat retention with steam chamber below the vessel.
- Perform first and second pass pre-expansion with density from 8-30 g/l.
- Semi open pre-expander tank with exhausting hood for condensate collection.
- The machine is equipped with fluidizing bed, sieving unit& lump breaker.
- Star feeder device facilitates the transport distance and no deformity of unstable beads.
- Capacity depending on type of raw material used.
