Tungsten Carbide compositions are two to three times more rigid than steel which manifests on its high resistance to deformation and deflection. Workpiece coated with tungsten carbide can significantly decrease impact from the friction during drawing process, so increase its use life.

  Thickness of Coating: 1mm single   side after grinding.

  Craft: Melting after coating to   ensure the coating powder and the   base metallurgical connection.

  Hardness of Coating: HRC65 °

  Coating feature: wearing-proof,   fit for making cooper wire,   stainless wire with Φ 0.5mm and   above.
