Chemical Formula: Na2H2P2O7 Molecular Weight: 221.95

Properties:It is anhydrous, white powdered material. Specific gravity: 1.86, and soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. Heated together with dilute inorganic acid, it turns into phosphoric acid through hydrolysis. Slightly water absorbing, and forming six-molecule crystal hydrate after that. Usage:As a leavening agent it is applied to control the dough rate of reaction (DROR) in baked food ; when applied to instant noodles, it can shorten water-resetting time and avoid to stick and to become scraps. It is also used as the agent to prevent potato from turning black, detergent, detergent additive and mud modifying agent in oil well drilling. It is also used as red and black water control in water treatment. Package: Packed in 25 kg net WPP/PE bags. It must be stored in places well ventilated and dry. Specifications:
