Introduction :

A very convenient way to apply paint to any interior surface. No need for paint kettles 

or paint trays – simply pour the paint directly into the roller head, secure the sealing 

plug and you are ready to paint. Easy to clean and store with extendable handle for 

hard to reach areas. Also includes a smaller paint roller that is angled to reach into 

corners for a professional finish. 

Safety 

 Before, during and immediately after painting, ensure the room in which you 

are working is properly ventilated. 

Always take care to follow the precautions indicated on the paint can or 

container. 

Wear work clothes or overalls to protect your skin and clothing. 

Wear work glasses or goggles to prevent any paint splashing into your eyes, 

reducing the risk of damage to your eyesight. 

Wear protective breathing masks when preparing surfaces ready for painting 

to avoid breathing in dust. 

Use a safety ladder when working at heights. 

Keep children out of the room in which you are working. 

Wash your hands after using paint or brush/roller cleaning solvents. 

Remove nails, tacks, hooks or pins from the work surface before starting to 

paint. 

Ensure work surface is in a good state of repair before commencing with the 

paint roller.

How to fill the paint roller with your chosen paint

There is also a paint 

jug included in the 

set – maximum 

capacity of 850ml

Using your chosen colour, pour the paint into the paint jug. 

Using either the large or the small paint roller, remove the end filler cap by 

pulling up on the tab provided. 

Pour the paint into the roller head. 

Replace the filler cap ensuring it is placed securely so as to avoid any 

spillages. 

You can now place the paint roller against the wall and place pressure against 

the roller to encourage the paint to feed through onto the wall. 

Note: We suggest no more than 700ml maximum in the large roller and a minimum 

of 350ml. For the small roller we suggest 250ml maximum and a minimum of 150ml. 

For thicker paints you may wish to add water before you add to the paint roller. 

Suitable for most water based paints. 

 

How to assemble the extendable pole 

The extendable pole has three sections – Base, centre and upper. 

The base section can be recognised by the cap on one end. There is also a 

small button on the opposite end. 

The centre section has open ends with a small button on one side and a small 

hole at the other. 

The upper section has a small hole on one side and a plastic threaded section 

at the other. 

Begin by taking the base section and the centre section. Place the button end 

of the base section into the small hole of the centre section. This will lock the 

two sections together. Then you can add the upper section. The small button 

on the free end of the centre section will feed into the small hole of the upper 

section. The threaded end can go directly into the handle of the paint roller. 

You can also add just the base and upper sections, making an alternative, 

shorter length if required. 

To dismantle, simply unscrew the upper section from the paint roller and 

depress the buttons back through the small holes on both the upper and 

centre sections. 

Cleaning and maintenance 

Once you have completed your task you can begin to clean the paint roller. 

Remove the end filler cap and pour any remaining paint back into the original 

paint container. 

You can then wash the inside and the polyester roller in clean, clear water 

until all traces of paint are removed. 

Store the paint rollers on end to dry and once dry, keep in dust free 

environment ready for use next time.
