 Wafer Laminating Machine

(1) Function Delivering the wafer which has passed through the cream spreading , layup and lamination procedures to the cutting machine. Whole machine is in stainless steel execution .The conveyor belts adopts the food grade belt ,this machine is driven by chain drive with chain tensioning device ,all tighteners are driven by bearings .there are holders tapes under the belt to avoid breaking the wafer .

(2) Operation Instruction

 a. Starting : This machine is synchrocomtrol with laminator transportation systerm ,only need to connect the general supply and turn the changeover switch to automatic .

b . Working : 1)Press the emergency stop button and turn the cahangover swithc to " manual" when failure.

2) Remove the failure ,then turn the changeover switch to " Automatic " and reset the machine .
