4.Function Description
The functions of corn germ extracting line are removing impurity and stone from raw corn, hulling, germ removing, germ selecting, sifting, dust cleaning, pulverizing, vertical transferring, horizontal transferring, dust removing by ventilating and packing, the qualities make sure the line has high corn germ extracting rate and pureness. (Corn germ extracting rate 8-9%, starch content 10% and corn germ rate 95 %.) This line is suitable for food processing factory, starch sugar manufacturing factory, and brewery factory, alcohol manufacturing factory and feed factory.
