Operating principles of sludge dewatering machine for sewage

1Belt filter press uses filtration as the medium. It makes full use of the gravity and vacuum 

suction to separate liquid from solid materials.

2 Ring shaped belt is motored by electric motor and the filtration is wrapped on the belt. The 

vacuum vessel and the ring shaped friction belt form the suction area. 

3 Liquid pass through furrow on filtration and go into vacuum vessel through pores.Solid 

materials are stopped and form filtration cakes. 

4 The liquid in the vessel will be discharged after separated from steam.

5 The cake pass through the washing zone and drying zone. 

6 Cake be discharged when the filtration split from belt. 

Working process of sludge dewatering machine for sewage

 1.Treating the sludge by flocculation

2.Turning into gravity dewatering zone

3.Entering wedge-shaped dewatering zone

4.Finally getting into pressing dewatering zone

5.After filtering with discharging device, the filter cake was scraped off the belt by scraper.

   After the belt washed, machine gets into next cycle.
