Introduction

FS3198-C1b controller is a packing or filling scale or machine controller. It’s A/D is analog device Co.’s high accurate and high speed 24bits Σ-Δ A/D IC chips. It adopt single chip MCU, low drift differential amplifier, consecutive filter in quasi-stationary dynamic weighing. The instruments use menus for administrator prescription input, work prescription input and advanced control parameters input with password protection. It's advanced control menus include actuator’s operating parameters of some weight threshold, advanced weight, control time, control commands or modes due to specific actuators.

It has three feeding speeds control, clamping bag control, unload control, auto-vibrating control when jamming at feeding. A packing or filling scale or machine using FS3198-C1b may requires no PLC or computer control. The packing or filling scale or machine is simple and easy to use and maintain.

FS3198-C1b feeding control is running with automatic tare at first, and feeding control by net weight from three feeding stages of fast speed, middle speed slow speed. It amends arriving slow advance weight when feeding slowly end, and feeds tinily repeatedly till weight qualified if less than qualified weight. The running controls may be set up as times mode or continuous mode.

The system control actuators may be tested directly by instrument panel at manual mode. Under the manual mode, the automatic control logic is of no effect, and you can use the numeric keys to test the work states of the relay-board’s outputs. This function is convenient for debugging and maintenance of weighing control system.
