Particle Board Production Line, MDF Production Line, Particle Board MachineThis particle board production line has been designed and developedfor manufacturing particle boards with flat press method usingmaterials such as small-diameter woods, wood branches, wood processingresidues and non-wood agricultural residues.

The main machines in this production line include wet flake silo, drum chipper, flaker dryer, blender, star cooler and so on.The finished particle boards can be used in such industries such asfurniture making, building constructions, packing, interior decorationof railway vehicles and ocean going vessels. Moreover, the products canbe made into facing particle boards through secondary processingprocedures.

The dimensions of the finished boards can be in the range from 1220 mm × 2440 mm × 10 mm to 1200 mm  × 1000 mm × 25 mm. The density of the pallets ranges from 550  kg/m3 to 750 kg/m3 .Particle board is a kind of artificial board produced through the following procedures:
