1. Assembling Type
The assembling type means that in the factory, according to the whole set of drawings, the manufacturer process all the accessories and weldments to be the finished products. For the field installation, most of them use the bolts to connect the equipments to reduce the process of field welding. This structure can effectively save the installation time. It will make the packing and transportation work more convenient, especially for the exported project. Nowadays, the assembling type installation is very popular worldwide.
2 On-site installation type
On-site installation type means that the manufacturer is only responsible for the process parts of the machine. Other parts such as the installation, welding blanking and all the equipped work will be finished in the job location. This type of instillation will takes a long time. At present, this kind of installation is fit for the production line with the capacity below the 5 million square meters per year in the domestic market, but not for the exportation.
The Drying Type of the Paper Faced Gypsum Board
Hot Air Type
It mainly uses the heat from the flue gas of the boiler. The flue gas will be directly taken into the hot air pipes of the dryer, then using the hot air pipes for the rejection of the heat and drying. This kind of equipment is only fit for the production line with the capacity below 5 million square meter per year. The price of this type is low and the investment is less, it is the first choice for the customer with less investment. Because the quality of the gypsum board is hard to control, the rate of waster and interior is a little bit high and the using time for this equipment is relatively short, this type is gradually going to be eliminated.
Thermal Oil Type
At present, this type is the fast developed and most popular style at home and abroad. It is easy to be operated and adjusted. However, the price of this type is relatively higher than the hot air style. The advantages of this type are that it can be used for a long time and the quality of the board is easy to be controlled. This type is especially fit for the medium and large capacity production with the capacity above 5 million square meters per year.
