1.1 Description
This production line is with a design of high pressure resistant full steel box structure, mainly used for continuous production of high intensity glassfiber reinforced polyurethane foam composited crosstie. The working principle is: glassfiber yarn and demoulding paper on upper and lower facing layer were contiuously unwinding conveyed, the polyurethane foaming combination materials were distributed directly on the glassfiber after metering and mixing, forming into the composited panel by heat-setting at laminator, then get the finalized products through on line cutting machine. The weight scale of glassfiber and polyurethane combinated materials contained in the panel is 1:1, and the apparent density of the panel is 640~840kg/cm3, in which, the compressive strength of the laminator used for foaming section is 10Mpa. The production line that describle in this technique agreement mainly includes two section of continuous unwinding of glassfiber and foaming, molding.

2 Equipment components, function and configuration
This continuous production line are mainly used for the production of glassfiber reinforced polyurethane foam goods. The glassfiber yarn and demoulding paper on upper and lower facing layer were contiuously unwinding conveyed, the polyurethane foaming combination materials were distributed directly on the glassfiber and enter circulating rolling mold after metering and mixing, then eject after heating, foaming, solidification, sizing, curing process and get the finalized products through the conveyer system, cooling sytem and on line cutting machine.
