Cautions of using this Polishing Machine:
1.Check the integrity of machine before using. Ensure the operator control and electrical parts are dry and the operation
control switch button is in good condition.
2.Investigate the construction situation carefully and select the most suitable polishing way, such as dry polishing and wet
polishing. If you choose dry polishing mode, do make sure the water tank of machine does not have any residual water. If
dust free construction environment is required, then please connect the machine with industrial vacuum cleaner.
3.If you choose wet polishing mode, pour clean water into the water tank at first. (PS:Do not pour too much in case the
motor is damaged because of water splashing into when machine is in tilted state for replacing the abrasives.)
4.abrasives installation:
Abrasives choosing depends on different construction situations and processes.
The abrasives shall be installed correctly.
To avoid abrasives or abrasives fasteners break away from machine causing incidents or damages during working , please pay fully attention to the following points:
Make sure the magnetic connected abrasives is locked in the grinding disc.
Make sure the screw connected abrasive is locked up tightly by screws .
Make sure the velcro connected abrasive is installed appropriately.
