Application

This series of masterbatch is specially for PP Spunbond Nonwoven fabric. The main body of this series of product is Nano Calcium Carbonate produced by the method of super-gravity, the special carrier and dispersant. The main purpose of this product is to heip lower the cost by replacing PP resin through mixing while increasing property because of Nano Technology.

Usage

According to the processing technology of nonwoven, gram weight and customers’ requirement, to add 10%-30% directly to mix even with PP resin(granule or powder).
