Product Application:

Paint/water-based ink:

  Silok®100 is applicable to water-based leather paint,water-based wood paint,water-based paper paint;especially to acrylic emulsion, polyurethane emulsion,It is a high effective leveling agent,it is especilly typical application in the manufactrue of the water-based matte UV paint,water-based leather paint.

Other system:

Silok®100 as a wetting agent used in pesticide products, solder mask, floor wax, clear detergent, can be used as chrome fog inhibitor, electrolyzer additives, anti-corrosive metal surface.

Application Method:

   Silok®100 can be added in coatings, paints during or after the manufacturing process;typical amount of 0.01% -0.1%, You need to use a suitable solvent,such as alcohol or water diluted to 20% solution before use,however, the specific  dosage to each system is different,so it requires to determine by experiments.

Water-based system:

  Add directly,the addition is about 0.001%-0.1%,it can be alright after dispersing.

 Use Restrictions:

    This product is untested or stated to be adaptable to medical or pharmaceutical.

Storage and validity:

 Unopened store at room temperature,the shelf-life of the product from the date of production for 24 months.
