(2).The droplet is left to the tower wall by centrifugal force with airflow movement to form the wall rotating liquid ring,along to ring set liquid tank by the action of gravity,again through the overflow device to the next blind plate which is then gush into droplets.

(3).The droplet spin with the air flow,the centrifugal force it produce strenghthen the contact between air and liquid.The liquid is left to the tower wall with the dust paticle.
