Zero-slip driving mechanism is used in the duplex two-colored sandwich soap plodder Type 3000S-DRDP-A, to control the colors.

4 speed reducers for Duplex Plodder Type 2000ES-DRDP-A for Two-Colored Sandwich Soap, the four speed reducers are controlled separately in order to adjust pressure in each worm barrel, so to control the color pattern of the soap cake.

The worm is made from stainless steel or aluminum alloy.

There are 4 speed reducers in the plodder. The gears of the reducers are with high precision Class 6 and the teeth are case-hardened and ground.
